The Chapter had its spaghetti dinner as planned and the turnout was
moderate. It just so happened that the Schoolcraft basketball team was
in the state finals in Lansing. We believe that it affected our
turnout. We still made a profit but had some spaghetti left over.
The spaghetti was cooked the night before by Barb and Evelyn. At the
Legion hall, the women mixed the ingredients for the sauce and meat balls,
fixed the salads and got the deserts ready. To be truthful, the meal
was GREAT! Not only my opinion but of other diners too! Thanks
